It doesn't appear that the new commission feature actually is used for the training data set...I assumed that this feature was just to automate the task of having to multiply your brokerage fees by the number of trades to directly see how profitable your network would REALLY have been using your particular brokerage prices.

One reason I think this is that even without stopping your network's training session, you can change this fee value and the profitability of neurostock will change accordingly as soon as you hit OK. Also, the diagonal scattergraph does not change - and, it should change if the data in the training set were to suddenly be altered.

Another feature of this new version - and I've not quite formed an opinion on it yet - is the Report is more detailed, giving you all the dates instead of just the buy/sell/proifit take dates.

The new feature that I do really like so far is that the names of the files in a given Batch File are now included in the results of that batch file when ran - keeps from having to look back at the original batch file to see which particular network you've placed in the batch file you just ran.

So far, thats the most useful feature of the new version that I've seen.
