Robert, It's amazing how the premium has come down - slowly - but it's still up there. With NAV today of $19.49, I've got a premium of $7.38 (27.5% - better than 45%). The other Safeguard companies were generally down, as well. Surprising on a day the Nasdaq made a nice move up. --John
