Geac Acquires TWG Technologies, Inc.

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--Geac Computer Corporation Limited announced today that it has acquired Vancouver based TWG Technologies, Inc., to further enhance its Networks and Technical Services Operation in western Canada.

With annual revenues of approximately $3 million, TWG is a provider of NT Server and UNIX networked computer system integration and support services to large and mid-sized companies. The scope of TWG's services include field service, network design and system integration, education and training, helpdesk outsourcing and product sales.

Stephen J. Sadler of Geac comments, ''The acquisition of TWG complements our strong presence in western Canada and increases our portfolio of service offerings.''
