I wonder what specifics you think will allow AMATI to generate enough revenue to support a valuation of that amount (or more, as you say) in 1 year. I'd be happy with 35, and expect less unless a takeover occurs.

I don't think it will be from licensing revenue, I don't think it will all be from modem sales. What's going to be the discriminator that makes everyone want to own AMTX?
