Bought a small position. Looks like we have some similar tastes, e.g. PSIX AXC. Had the latter awhile back; took it up to 15 and halfway back and bailed. It's done zip since. PSIX looks good. Check out CCUR; have held about a year and this time it may break out. VOD company. Good luck with VTCO.
