I doubt you could prove it. Right now you don't even have sufficient discovery, so how can you say with certitude you'd be successful? But you would get your opportunity to prove it should ZULU or ESVS decide to sue you on the basis of your remarks. PNLK, for example, has just put legal guns to go after basher posters, ones who make allegations which are untrue. There have been other instances as well where posters have been taken to task. We're going to see more and more of this. In any event, I gotta get off the boards. I'm under pressure--not from Yahoo's Fleabrain--but from someone who wants me at the dinner that's a waitin'! In closing, I hope one day you become happy about your Zulu investment. I hate seeing everybody upset and at each other. And whether you recognize it or not, I would much prefer to have only intelligent opinion shared back and forth, instead of the personality onslaughts. The company is already having a difficult enough time getting off the ground and the negative forces are neither good for the company, nor for other investors who only wish for a fair dialogue.
