Washington Conference
WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- PLUS Lotto, the Internet Lottery run by the Liechtenstein
Foundation, which donates 25% of its profits to the International Red Cross; Inland Entertainment, a

parimutuel wagering, has been awarded the 1998 Innovator of the Year Honors by ''Internet
Gaming International.''

Entertainment, and David M. Marshall, President and Chief Operating Officer of You Bet! accepted
the Awards at a luncheon at the Second International Symposium on Internet Gambling Law and
Management on November 30, 1998 at the J.W. Marriott in Washington, D.C.

fund-raising opportunity for charities such as the International Red Cross and World Health
