Falstaff - Do you really think IBM would be investing so much in X-ray if they didn't think it had a good chance of surviving? Also, as I understand it, as chip size features decrease to .13 and below, it becomes very costly and very difficult to produce the lenses necessary for optical lithography. It seems to me unlikely that XRL will be "scrapped".
