Gator,
There was a rep. for NASDAQ on Investors TV a few weeks ago and he said that if a Canadian company wishes to list on NASDAQ they need to have a share price of:
$4 US for Small Capital Companies
$5 US for Large Capital Companies
He did not go into detail about what they consider large cap or small but he did talk about how they try to go out and encourage companies to list on their exchange. He made it sound like don't call us we'll call you when we think you are ready. NNS is very far from ready, they need a share price of around $6 and will need volume at that level as well. He also mentioned that the TSE was going to try to become more of a global market and might try to compete with the NASDAQ.

BTW there is a new ISP which filters out material at the router instead of a PC(Sorry forgot the name). I don't know if that will hurt these software filter type of companies that much.
