Trying to get involved in all of this. Actually, hope it has merit just can't seem to easily assimilate ( read suspend my frustration) and just go with it.

Know I have to leave this thread or at least cut down on reading and participating. Have been doing that but you would not know it by recent posts from me. Tough to leave those I respect, enjoy and view as friends. Need to get better grounded, if that is the right word, in this TA thing.

Hard to set aside that which I perceive as rational to that which continues to (for the, all to large part) mystify me. Time to go to grade school on the TA Threads! ):

Surely this can't be as simple as looking up a couple of mathematical formulas and making a case for the answer it provides? At least there, all we have to do is feed the same information in, and the answer will always be the same! How you use the answer, that is another thing.

Will be disappointed if all of this proves to be rather simplistic or at best a toss of a coin. Many respected practitioners seem to direct otherwise.

PS John Murphy, highly respected tech. analyst on CNBC, now as a guest, says we are a little over extended and some money is moving out of the stock market and moving back into the bond market! This after a rally that showed money pouring into the market. Much to "assimilate" (<:
