Kelvin,
That's not a bad set of rules to live by, but as far as Ross is concerned your missing the point.
1) If you are long term on this stock like I am your hoping the stock pulls back to $2 so you can load up.
2) The stock trades a less than 1 times sales(.9) and has a book value
of $2.73.
3)The high end computing market is very cyclical for these companies based on product cycle. Ross is between products with the older hypersparc and the new viper line. Look at SGI right now.
4)The revenues and earning of this company have been extremly volitile
going back to when they were owned by CY and fujitsu. The stock went public in an up trend for Ross, Sun but their business in a downtrend
fast. The recovery is the upside.
5) If Ross rolles out as great a chip as they are promising then they
will make inroads and penetrate into the sparc market. OEM sales will take off and doors will open on the systems side.

and just one more point, I don't really expect to see much out of these numbers either, it's to early in the turnaround. I am buying stock now and waiting until samples of the viper go out to the OEM's
we will have a better idea of what the real upside is then.

Scott
