Last year we had the same focus on Sematech and it became a non-event. I agree with you that IBM's involvement with XRL makes it reality. The individual companies will decide in which direction they will go and Sematech will have zero effect on that. I can confirm that JMAR has had an on-going EUV program. Mr. Martinez stated that to me about a year ago. He felt, as many experts, that EUV is far off and that XRL was the way to go.
