Reread that list of CableNet participants and have decided that CUBE's
project is one of the most ambitious on the list. The most participants attempting integration of their expertise. If the new chip can deliver the right look on the screen it could create a beeline across the aisle to CUBE's booth. Hope they have all the glitches out.

The Yhoo SFA thread is all over the place trying to figure who their partner will be.

A recent post there says that Paul Allen owns all of AVIO

SFA wants the excitement to build. Check out their homepage....

The teaser; Announcing a new alliance with a major computer company.

So who's it 'gonna be? SUNW, Compaq, Apple, IBM, Dell, somebody else?
With the SUNW/AOL/Netscape deal and the mention of set tops in those releases they would have to be thinking.

M&A activity doesn't seem to happen nearly as much in semi's as in networking. How long till M&A activity reaches the set top? Surprises are probably in the works.

No matter who it is can CUBE sell them the AViA@TV?????

What a great seat we have in the unfolding game!
