To all: here is link to a cnet article posted today. news.com it talks about 97 being brighter for cyrix and that it hopes to ship 2-3 million chips TOTAL in 97! AND that in 96 just over 1million chips where sold! if this is true my estimate will be the negitive value of the mean.2-3 million chips is tiny considering the growth expected of the gx. if just over 1 million chips were shipped last year what would that mean for 4qtr. how many chips were shipped up to end of third qtr? mike
