S.C....Even if AOL does move flat until the deal is "digested" it won't stay flat for long.....We've got a cable deal coming down the pike, in less than 6 weeks, and I wouldn't expect any flat price action following that announcement.....

The problem with trying to time "when" to buy and sell (Time The Stock) is one is liable to miss out on the upside...Not to mention tax consequences....

I invested in the fundamentals of the industry and the company in particular, and I have seen NOTHING to make me think AOL is going to do anything but get bigger, better and more profitable.....Even if something were to not mesh well with running the business of the new NSCP, AOL would spin-off NSCP in sections....AOL isn't going to let ANYTHING deplete shareholder value.

The facts are this is an outstanding opportunity for AOL to really grow their business in an explosive and dynamic way...I think they are up to the task...also, SUNW is a not-much-mentioned component in this acquisition but I think they are actually a very key player to AOL's success in this NSCP acquisition...It's a win-win-win situation.

Regards, George
