Hank:

eBay auction counts can be very erratic, and quite often goes up during the early part of the week. A few weeks ago, the count was 30,000 higher on Wednesday than on Friday.

If I were you, I would sell eBay and thank my lucky stars to get $200 a share.

Think of it this way: for eBay to truly have a chance at being worth this kind of money, they would have to be doing at least 20 million auctions a week, and probably for like 40 million auctions a week.

I find it hard to imagine that they'll ever have those kind of numbers.
