My thinking today: Their homepage says four of the five new rigs will be under 3-5 year longterm contracts. enscous.com ". Five new offshore rigs are now under construction, with four committed under three to five year contracts, the most recent of which is a new semisubmersible rig to be delivered in late 2000." Wonder if Moody's talked to the company? Maybe......maybe not. Moody's report does kinda read both ways... I will start a small position soon probably. Add to it over the next few years. steve
