As everyone knows, I am long and very positive in general about S3; however, the movement of both Intel and chips following their announcements has made me very sqeamish about our immediate future. Intel and chips both ran up considerably immediately prior to earnings...we are not...or at least have not. Does that mean we fall even farther when we simply make our numbers??? And are we not having the same pre-earnings anticipation rise?? Does options expiration have anything to do with it and where does the fact they moved the earnings date fall into this whole equation??? Why would the MM's allow the stock to run from 16 to 19 3/4 and then push it back down RIGHT BEFORE earnings???? Thoughts please....maybe we should all buy puts on monday afternoon at 3 pm!!!
