SOROS, I just saw a new movie called "enemy of the state". The plot is about the government and it's ability to monitor us. It's realistic about the ability of satellites to watch us among other things. The ability to monitor telephone calls, maintain wire taps. The movie suggests that the phone companies are already riddles with government monitoring hardware. All conversations are scanned and certain words will trigger a red flag, the whole conversation will automatically be recorded and an agent will review it for possible action. If the Y2K bug doesn't get us the panic caused by it will. I think at this point the panic is as dangerous as the possibility of serious computer failures causing disruptions. I am really wondering if I should get some food, buy some extra gas, get some kerosene lanterns. And it will be winter so get a wood stove and stock up on fire wood. What's the world coming to!! Bob
