Hi Bill After reading this thread and R&B I feel compelled to throw in my .02. When I first thought about investing in this stock and attempted to do my DD I found out very little. 1) Start-up company 2) Not reporting 3) OTC-BB 4) Rather interesting concept So I decided to check out management. I found them to be solid, more solid than one could expect running a BB company. Just for the hell of it I bought 1K of it. Then a couple months later I came across this thread and just lurked. I bought more just on the quality of the people invested because they sure knew more about investing than I did. I bought some more when it became apparent of some special relationship with Siemens. I again added to my position when Mr. Engelberger and Mr. Weller accepted positions as board members. Nothing, as far as I'm concerned, has changed. The reasons I bought in remain the same. Therefore, I have decided to vote yes on all proxy issues and let management do its job. Having said this, I am in complete agreement with all those that would like to have some news and sense of where we are now, and where we are going. Best Regards GregB
