The problem file is the express service loader for VBA DLL... From looking at their install, it looks like they are using ODBC... There isn't any Access Runtime, ODBC takes care of this... Registering the DLL will only help things if you have the correct version... I thought it could be a timesaver to have someone email you the correct version and register it solely, as opposed to downloading all of MDAC or the demo when it is fixed... The DLL is backwards compatible with the previous versions of the DLL, so updating it won't hurt any of your existing applications that use this same DLL...

I agree, Sunday before Thanksgiving, AFTER I identified the problem and its fix, I wrote specific instructions on how to fix it, which made it to CSHK through a third party and they still haven't fixed it... Guess I wasted my time trying to help...
