Good synopisis. You missed a crucial point. Cost control under way. Will save "tens of millions". Cited phones (spending 10c per minute when should get 5c), bad satellite deal (840K per year), closing some loser offices, etc.

One other point. Had 1.5 Million calls that resulted in sales. Of those they signed up 300,000 members for a another service they had a deal with. Had 5.5 million calls where they did not ask the question. They will now ask to sign up E4L on ALL calls.

Signed up 3 other direct response organizations to ask for E4L signup.

Will run standalone commercials in primetime for E4L.

Will start retailing informercial items.

Will sell informercial items on E4L and do other things to distinguish it from netmarket.

Signed up 25K members since site opened.

If percentages hold for calls, they could sign up 1 million members within a year, minimum. If they do, could be 100M topline revenue growth for next 12 months.

Now I am convinced they have a plan that could work.
