WASHINGTON, Dec 1 (Reuters) - A group led by Jean-Raymond Boulle, a British citizen residing in Monaco, said on Tuesday it raised its stake in mining company Nord Resources Corp (NYSE:NRD - news) to 31.3 percent, or 6,862,800 common shares.

The group, which included MIL (Investments) S.A., previously held a 28.44 percent stake, or 6,230,100 shares.
