Good evening Greg. “Nothing, as far as I'm concerned, has changed” that is just how I feel too. And, YES I too will be voting yes on all fronts. Over the last several months I as well as many other have extolled the potential of FNTN in dozens of if not hundred of post. It was all predicated upon the current management and staff of FNTN. I firmly believe that management has just gotten better with the addition of the two newest board members.

If the company is to grow they must have the flexibility to raise the necessary capital for growth and/or to be able acquire other companies. As far as I know FNTN is pretty much debt free (very unusual for a BB stock) and I don't think it would be in our best interests for them to be borrowing large amounts of money to do these things. Interest can be a real killer. Well, just a few more of my personal opinions.

Thanks for your post and best regards,

Bill Fortune III
