Hi Don, welcome to the thread. Most hear are bullish on WSP but not many have said much about ABZ. Why it is low I am not sure. Given they own around 40% of WSP so as WSP rises ABZ should begin to rise as well. I don't follow it so I would be remiss to speculate on them much beyond this. Perhaps someone else can speak to your question.
