TO ALL POTENTIAL SELLERS:

It's become pretty obvious by now that buying / selling on the pinks can only be done by complying with the MM's rules:
- Buy at or very near the ask
- Sell at or very near the bid
The spread most days is significant.

Having decided to accumulate more shares but being reluctant to meet the ask most days, I'd like to extend an offer to those who intend to sell:

I'll pay a minimum of a 10% premium over the day's bid/low if you are willing to sell your shares in a private transaction.

It's a win win situation: You, the seller gets a better price, we both save the commission and the MM gets nothing.
