I've been pretty heavily margined and found it to be an effective way to provide additional leverage. I just keep a spreadsheet of my costs vs my gains and try to maintain a disipline of trying to keep ahead of the game. Think of the interest as the cost od doing business.

Now, has anyone compared margin rates? Schwab charges 7.5% at current rates. Your feedback on margin rates would be appreciated.
