Orwell lots of talk about a Nasdaq Listing. One of the criteria is a 3 year audit of financial statements to reflect SEC mandated guidelines..Even if the company has such completed statements and filed tomorrow it could take a minimum 3 to 4 months to receive approvals. If any variances to the reporting rules were found(SEC Lawyers and Accountants are very anal) it tends to mean further delays of 60 to 90 days in duration for each re-filing.Late Spring or Summer probably at the the soonest. They could go OTC BB as there is no such reporting rules required.I have seen many companies wait long periods for these approvals.
