I had a problem with Muriel Siebert this week also. I was trying to sell EGGS @ $28 1/2 and entered this trade on my Internet connection. I did not take long for me to figure out it was not being acted on ( order was at market). I called on the phone and they made a trade for immediately - however at $23 1/2. There was a seven minute gap and they still had not acted on the computer order. I registered a complaint also saying the phone orders have precedent over computer orders. They did not acknowledge that, but I doubt if I will use the computer again when trading volatile stocks. I should add this is only one of the very few complaints I have had with Muriel Siebert over a 4 - 5 year span.
