Jim,
I agree that there are plenty of lurkers out there. My opinion is very similar to yours and I think that is because we're talking to the same people. I think anyone who is devoutly believing either one way or the other at this point is out of their minds. I've done about as much DD as can be done legally and I own around 1800 shares. I definitely am not of the belief that IAS can't fail but after research feel that there is at least a good chance that the story is true. If not it's definitely no sweat off my back, but if it's true then $$$$$$. As to this latest run-up, who knows? Did anyone ever find out why the previous runs occurred ( as in this past year )?
I'll end my post with a few questions--
- Why hasn't the SEC shut down IAS if they are so sure of fraud? How much evidence does it take and how much time is required? Does it really take this long?
- After the SEC announced to the whole world that IAS is a fraud the stock "plummeted" to $1.50 and then several people bought it right back. Who are those people? Don't companies in this situation usually end up around $.10 not $3?
- What fingerprint technology will IAS use in the U-check store in Salem which will be stocked with inventory this month? If they haven't been doing anything then where did all of the equipment(check out stations, scales, video cams, monitors, etc.) come from? Better yet, where did they get the money to build this great big store and equip it with hi-tech equipment? (Believe me, it's all there, I was just there two weeks ago)

I definitely don't claim to have all the answers to the above questions. Some of them I "believe" I know and I hope that all will know in a relatively short time. Two things seem to be true - if the story is true the believers will make a lot of money and if it's false the naysayers will get to see Neldon off to prison.
