Kaiser says buy in hopes of boost from U.S. investors Biometric Security Corp BMS Shares issued 20,834,412 Nov 30 close $0.19 Tue 1 Dec 98 In the News John Kaiser, writing in a Nov. 18 Bottom-Fishing Report reviewing his 100 recommendations for 1998, says Biometric Security is a medium-priority buy at 19 cents. Mr. Kaiser recommended Biometric, formerly Sonoma Resource, in November 1997 at 25 cents. Earlier recommendations were November 1994 at 90 cents, November 1996 at $1.85, and August 1997 at 40 cents. Pat McCleery led Sonoma into high tech. The market, however, proved unreceptive to the fingerprint verification story and in November Mr. McCleery agreed to a brokered private placement of 20 million units at 15 cents to Goepel Shields and Rick Rule's Global, bringing full dilution to 70 million shares. That could more than double to 150 million shares with the acquisition of the balance of BII, the letter writer states. With a 1:10 rollback looming, however, the silver lining is Biometric would then be able to attract U.S. investors and place the company in line for a subsequent five-fold gain, Mr. Kaiser contends. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am looking into the possibility that this stock may soon be covered in a very reputable stock newsletter.
