Good work, IcyGual!! I commend you for your leadership in a very important area of concern...Class action lawsuits are one of the options..Another option is mass boycotting of brokerage firms that employ unethical practices...Those problem brokerage firms should also be reported to the SEC...If the SEC does not discipline them then the national newspapers should get the story on what's going on!!
