This news on Reality Interactive (RINT OTC BB .06/.12) came out late in the day yesterday and a quick 47k went by before the close. RINT files with EDGAR, had $522k cash on hand in the Sept 30, 1998 10q and in that filing had positive shareholder equity of $1m. 4.6m shares outstanding, no pref. Company is losing money and rev for the Sept qtr was well down from comparable qtr prior year. But they do have a blue chip client list and products that meet corporate requirements for various training programs thru the internet. Stock price was as high as a buck last April, and stock got hammered in the summer. Float is shown by market guide to be about 2m. I think it is trading under book val. If they are good enough for Boeing, GM, 3M and other companies the stock has got to be worth more than a dime. Do your own DD.
