Michael, One of the downsides to this deal is that MOB/XON will have to shed some of their overlapping assets-particularly on the West Coast. I think this is what sobered both stocks yesterday. I have to say I am extremely happy with the 1.32015 XON for 1 MOB swap(at MOB/XON current price). I just hope the prices hold up until May '99, the next MOB shareholders meeting. Any thoughts on this? Tech
