Acquisitions of companies such as Palladium are GREAT!!! Like others recently, Palladium was purchased at 1.0 times sales. TLC has a track record of increasing such sales by at least 50% via its superior marketing and distribution capabilities. Given at least a 70% gross margin, TLC can pay for acquisitions like Palladium in a year. Remarkable!
