THANKS. INTERESTING. AOL HAS ITS RETENTION ISSUES REGARDLESS OF BONUS, ALTHOUGH I AM INCLINED TO BELIEVE THEY WILL AGGRESSIVELY MINIMIZE TRANSITION PROBLEMS AS INTEGRATION PROCEEDS.

ALONG THOSE LINES, IMO, AOL WILL EITHER SELL ITS STAKE IN XCIT OR RENEGOTIATE ITS PARTNERSHIP AFTER NSCP GAINS ACCESS TO ITS TECHNOLOGY.
I DON'T SEE AOL PURSUING BOTH RAPTOR AND THE SEARCH ENGINE TECHNOLOGY THEY WILL GET FROM EXCITE.
