I think the 1.7 million shares that are short KTEL is understated. Your friend Anthony@Pacific was so kind to mention that trading method " How to get around S.E.C. security regulations by shorting stocks in offshore accounts but were afraid to ask". This makes me think that the short interest in KTEL may be as high as 2.7 million shares which is good for KTEL longs. Your not calling Anthony a liar are you Brent? I came up with this though as I was combing my hair this morning singing "Grease is the Word". Brent, soon you will be singing " Stayin alive, stayin alive ah ah ah ah stayin alive, stayin alive".
