Tomato: I agree - give them room. I will add one caveat. Anyone with serious concerns should call, e-mail or write to Michael Sheppard and get his viewpoints in advance of the shareholder's meeting. Choose the horse's mouth over conjecture. Jim Porter and others have raised reasonable questions concerning the need for, or net result of any dilution. Management's rationale behind any such move is critical information. So give them this much room - the time to speak their minds so we know for sure what this is all about. Wally
