I re-iterate that I am no lawyer but the United States doesn't always abide by the same laws as Canadian society. One example would be how Florida applies a statue of limitations for the act of rape. Anyways if you think that Murukh has some documentation or something written on the back of a napkin to support his case you might as well sell all your Bre-X group of holdings as 2 billion dollars will make a mighty dent in the share price irrespective of how much gold there is. I for one think he is nothing more than a good for nothing weasel who needs to be on the recieving end of some Canadian justice for slandering Mr. Felderhoff and Mr. Walsh.
