It seems to me that one must be very careful in this sort of issue to avoid becoming part of a 'pump and dump' scheme. I am not directly saying anything about this particular stock on that score, but investors need to make sure they understand the picture before they risk well earned money on a stock that used to be only a shell, underwent a reverse split, issued almost a BILLION shares AFTER that reverse, has NEVER reported positive earnings.
