Joe, I have friends of mine who are MM's at other firms who deal with traders at KNIGHT & MASH on a daily basis. I put these questions to them to ask for me. I know that I could not get anywhere with them when I tried. Some of them were actually surprised at the evasiveness they even faced when these issues were brought forth. Especially any questions that had to do with Fishback brothers and Barron's. I have been going in circles trying to get info on this for the past 2 days now.

IF you are on my board you would notice that when I try to find something out I have enough sources that I usually can get information either pro' or con' about a paticular issue in a short period of time.

Re: the company, all I know is that I asked to speak to Investor Relations & I was transfered to a gentelman that would not even explain to me how they plan to raise funds for further testing.

all he would say was" the Co. has decided not to comment about those certain issues that have to due with raising funds in conjunction with current or future testing." WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN>???

WHAT ABOUT THE FISHBACKS. have you heard of them before. Are you aware of the short positions that they had in ADVR prior to the Barron's article.

I have no problem with the existance of R'

the problem is that R' exists in the hands of ADVR who is at least in my opinion "a very questionable Co. at the moment."
