Bob I agree, raping statues would be a very unsavory act. Does anybody recall the details of DFR/INCO/Voisey & that company in Houston, Texas? I believe the company put in a claim on the voisey discovery for approximately $400m , altho I can't remember on what basis. Eventually the company was paid off $25m just to get them out of the picture & avoid a lengthy legal battle. Does that apply here? Rick
