I fully agree with your statements. However, I would attribute today's
LSI strength to ADI (23 5/16 +2 5/16) and their earnings announcement:

They beat the street by 1&cent and gave favorable statements about 1999.
Do you see this as the reason for LSI's upturn today, or do you think
it was due to the Goldman, Sachs & Co. rating?
