hello Darcy: need some clarification on gap list time update..

on your thread it says the gap is updated at 4 different times, my question is by the time u update the gap list, is the quote of stock price updated up to or near that stated time?? the reason I ask is it says NYSE & AMex is 20 mins. delayed and Nasd is 15 mins..
