CDKNET.COM Enters Strategic Marketing
Partnership Agreement With American Latin
Broadcasting Inc. -WXNY Channel 39- For Use Of CDK Technology and
Web Development

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1998--CDKNET.COM (formerly Technology Horizons Corp.)
(OTC Bulletin Board: THCX; the ''Company'') announces that its subsidiary, CDKnet, LLC, has entered into a strategic
marketing partnership agreement with American Latin Broadcasting Inc. (''ALB''), which provides for the use of CDK™
Technology in video based CDK™ products marketed to ALB's music television audience.

The products are to be sold through a web site created by CDKnet, LLC, through direct mail programs, and through television
based advertising campaigns directed at ALB's existing audience of nearly one million viewers. The web site and the CDK
products are scheduled to be unveiled in early January, 1999. ALB and CDKNET.COM are committed to creating a unique
entertainment experience for the rapidly expanding American Latin music television constituency of ALB.

''We believe that the strategic marketing partnership with ALB represents another important measure of acceptance of
CDK™ Technology for the linking of music, videos and access to the Internet on CDs,'' said Ronald Leong, CEO of CDKnet,
LLC. ''This is the first endeavor for CDKnet in the Latino community. We are very positive about the prospects that the
partnership with ALB will create for the Company in the exploding Latino music industry segment,'' said Michael Jolly Director
of Music Business Development of CDKnet, LLC. ''Many of the Independent and Major record labels have discovered the
benefits of using CDK™ Technology for enhancing the value of their content with the addition of video and web links,'' said
Leong.

The Agreement with ALB provides that CDKnet will develop a number of video based CDK's with ALB's content using
CDKnet's proprietary CDK™ Technology. The CDK's will have links to ALB's web site, the Company's Metrotainment™
web site (www.metrotainment.com) and certain other web sites. Moreover, the Agreement provides that the Company will
create a web site for the viewing and purchasing of the CDK titles created by the Partnership. The site will have the capability
for e-commerce via secure credit card transaction processing. ALB is currently expanding its viewing audience throughout the
major Latin American community and expects to exceed several million viewers by the year 2000.

The presence of the link to Metrotainment™ on all of the disks will drive substantial web traffic to the site. ''We believe that
these new developments will assist the company in developing the site as a source of developing substantial advertising
partnership as the site becomes a major portal to the Internet. The Metrotainment site is a content rich, full-featured
entertainment site which CDKnet, LLC is building to provide web surfers with a complete entertainment experience. The site
features video 'stream screen' capability which will provide broadcast quality audio and video for viewer enjoyment, along with
arcade games that the CDK user will enjoy as part of a more complete entertainment experience. The recent addition of
CDEpxress on-line music shopping venue to the Metrotainment™ website represents CDKnet's entry into the on-line music
market where its competitors include N2K (Nasdaq: NTKI news), Cdnow, (Nasdaq: CDMW - news) and K-Tel (Nasdaq:
KTEL - news). The Company believes that the presence of the Metrotainment™ site on almost all of the CDK disks that are
distributed will serve to drive substantial traffic to the CDExpress on-line music venue at a substantially lower cost to the
company than that paid by its competitors.''

The CDK™ technology is a convergent technology which combines Internet browser functionality, ''Red book'' quality audio,
and full screen-full motion video in one platform that has broad application for the multimedia marketing, advertising and
promotion areas, music and entertainment industry and music industry special projects business.

CDKnet has already entered into licensing agreements with such leading companies as Atlantic Records, Citibank, Sony
Music, MCI, The New York Yankees, Madison Square Garden (New York Knicks), Trimark Home Video, Weight
Watchers, MTV Networks, EMI-Capital Entertainment Properties (E-Prop), Wind-Up Entertainment, King Biscuit,
MegaForce Records, J-Bird Records, Mutiny Records and Ignition Records for its proprietary CDK and PC Game Player
technologies, and is currently engaged in discussion with major film studios, recording labels, recording artists, broadcast
networks and Internet access providers.

actual results could differ materially from those expressed in any of the forward-looking statements.
