I hope your wrong about the acquisition. I stand to lose some dough here. You certainly wrong about SQL-Server - show me an corporation that can support 70-80 user on that database. It's never happened. It's a small time departmental database that can't support large numbers of users. Microsoft's had the SQL-server code for years and they still can't scale it up. Meanwhile, PRGS has major users on their database for years, but yet, can't effectively market it because of Oracle,Informix,Sybase marketing. This deal still makes sense. MSFT can pay less than 2x sales to buy into a market they can't play in today.
