I recently got into something I'm very thrilled about.
Legg-Mason Value Trust (LMVTX)
Maybe not as "explosive" as the "dirts", but a pretty good bet for
the long term.
This mutual fund has given 19% gains every year since it's inception.
It's loaded with computers and financials: DELL,AOL,CPQ,CCI,CMB,MBNA,
FNM,IBM,WCOM,etc.
It's also loaded with General Re...which becomes Berk Hathaway
at the end of the month. Buffett bought it because it has a HUGE
bond portfolio.
This represents a poor man's entry into Berkshire Hathaway.
AOL/Sage rated this mutual fund #1 yesterday in it's "Top 20 Funds".
