We know very little. The one thing I was curious about was the fact that they have nice Revenues, but no mention of Earnings. I would venture that this portion of Funsoft may not be making money. The purchase price was small for the size of Revenues.

I think this is a tremendous acquisition for the long term, but it may be a small drain for the near turn. This is just my opinion. I checked the web site and read through all the pages and was unable to find much regarding sales and/or revenues for this subsidiary.
