USRF needs to lay out Business Plan in terms of how technology will be implemented, which I assume they will do soon. Good to see USRF bid up to $1. Have to remember this is EX-DIVIDEND today. Essentially 20% of company will be sent to shareholders of record yesterday. Looks like buyers don't care much today.
