<Well, I guess you could have done that on monday morning. That way you wouldn't continue to hold a company where you don't like management (which I would never do).>

I dunno, Greg, but I believe that stockholders have a very legitimate right to complain about management. In fact, they ultimately have to satisfy us, at least theoretically. As a practical matter, outsiders don't have an ability to assess management until you see they have managed over a disaster as far as the value of the stock is concerned. That is after the fact. I originally bought the stock because I like the industry... enablers of Ecommerce. I became more enthusiastic about them after the release of the information on the patents. Since then, except for the recent pop up and down, it has been a disaster.

I blame management for not exploiting the patents and if they are not worth exploiting now, they should have known enough not to spend so much in developing and patenting them. I have lots of problems with their business plan and have had enough of the same excuse that market share is more important than profits.

The theory is if you don't like the job they are doing, you can vote them out. By extension, you can complain about them as much as you want to and do what you can to bring about their removal. And this is the place to do it.

I don't want to bore everybody with the same points but you were the one who brought it up again by posting that you didn't hear any more complaints about management recently.

Good luck to you too, as we both hope the stock recovers. I just think we can get there faster and do better long term with different management.
